Primary Location:

San Francisco, California V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Instructional Designer for our premier client in San Francisco, California. Education and Experience » Bachelor's degree in communications, Instructional Design, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate communications, training content development, or change management content production in an enterprise environment. Direct experience creating communications or training content for Finance, accounting, or FP&A audiences. Must be familiar with Finance workflows, close cycles, and reporting rhythms well enough to produce credible, audience-appropriate content without heavy coaching. Experience in a formal OCM or change management role, with familiarity applying ADKAR or an equivalent structured change methodology. Experience supporting Oracle EPM implementations (Freeform, ARCS, Essbase, or similar platforms) within Finance organizations. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise communications platform for stakeholder email campaigns and distribution tracking. Experience supporting Change Agent Networks or champion programs — forum preparation, materials development, action tracking.

Knowledge and Skills:

Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand Finance environments. Visual design skills — experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for creating branded communications assets. Experience managing content production across two concurrent programs sharing a common stakeholder population.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Job Responsibilities:

Fluency in SharePoint (site design, content management, permissions), Microsoft Stream/Clipchamp (video scripting, recording, editing, publishing), and PowerPoint (executive-quality presentations, training decks, visual communications). These are daily-use production tools. Comfortable facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders — including Finance directors and VPs. Able to drive agendas, manage sign-off processes, follow up on action items, and represent the OCM function credibly when the Senior Change Manager or OCM Director is not in the room. Self-driven work style with strong time management. Able to manage multiple concurrent deliverable streams with competing deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Comfortable working remotely with minimal daily direction. Interested?
