Position Highlights Manageable Caseload:
Guaranteed under 28 students - protected caseload caps, not district-sized loads.

Full-Time, Predictable Schedule:
40 hours/week, approximately 7:45 AM-4:15 PM.

SkyAbove handles payroll, credentialing, and liability coverage - with bi-weekly direct deposit and ongoing support behind you. Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction and case management for students with mild/moderate support needs (caseload under 28). Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with IDEA and California requirements. Deliver individualized and small-group instruction in a dual-language learning environment. Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring data for IEP reporting.
Compensation & Benefits Schedule:
Full-time (40 hrs/week), 2026-2027 school year, on site.
Pay:
$60-67/hr, based on experience, with bi-weekly direct deposit.

Requirements Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential — Mild/Moderate Support Needs (or eligibility, including intern-eligible candidates). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required). Experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred.
