Learning & Development Instructional Designer (UI/UX & eLearning) Location Santa Clara , CA Position Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning & Development Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions that enhance employee performance and business outcomes. This role will combine instructional design expertise with UI/UX principles to create intuitive, learner-centered digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience developing eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, strong visual design skills, excellent communication abilities, and the adaptability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging eLearning courses, training modules, simulations, and interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline. Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and impactful training programs. Create learner-centric UI/UX designs that improve usability, engagement, accessibility, and knowledge retention. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop learning solutions. Translate complex technical and business information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand training content. Develop storyboards, scripts, wireframes, learning journeys, assessments, and multimedia content.
