Are you an ambitious leader with a passion for training and onboarding? NVIDIA is looking for a highly motivated Technical Training Lead to elevate our NVIS team. Join us to build the future of AI infrastructure training! NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and expand the NVIDIA Infrastructure Services (NVIS) Training & Onboarding Initiative. This role combines program management, instructional development, and strategic support. It focuses on standardized onboarding, curriculum creation, and training delivery across our global organization. You will collaborate with engineering, deployment, education, and operations teams to ensure NVIS employees have the knowledge and tools needed to implement innovative AI infrastructure successfully. What you'll be doing: Define and carry out a scalable framework for NVIS Training & Onboarding Programs, by aligning with organizational priorities, cross-functional teams, and deployment needs. Establish, monitor, and report on benchmarks for continuous improvement in training efficiency and effectiveness. Build curriculum-based learning content by leveraging instructional design practices and AI-based development tools. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform complex technical topics into well-organized learning modules. Build a global onboarding journey for new hires with clear achievements, training paths, and role-based learning. Partner with NVIS Knowledge Management team to standardize onboarding and training documentation.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field paired with experience in training creation and presentation. Over 8 years of experience managing programs. Established track record of directing training, onboarding, or enablement efforts in a technical context. Strong background in instructional development, curriculum development, or learning experience development. Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones. Strong analytical approach and ability to establish quantifiable goals and business impact. Proven ability to lead change across diverse collaborators. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Ability to convert complex technical ideas into organized educational materials. Experience building scalable onboarding frameworks or training ecosystems. Strategic approach combined with hands-on execution capability. Competence with learning management systems. Strong analytical approach with experience setting and monitoring program objectives. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
