Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical apprenticeship instruction and instructional design, with a strong background in utilizing learning technology and learning management systems (LMS) to enhance the educational experience. Duties
- Educate and engage students in various subjects within a classroom and lab setting
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning materials
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a conducive learning environment
- Ensure all lab equipment and materials are in proper working condition
- Maintain a clean and organized lab environment Experience
- Proven experience in teaching or instructional roles
- Proficiency in utilizing learning technology and LMS for instructional purposes
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
