Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the learning and development space, is seeking an Instructional Designer II to join their team. As an Instructional Designer II, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a proven ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Create and maintain instructor-led training (ILT), video, and eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Xyleme, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, and AI-powered development platforms.
+ Conduct training needs assessments and recommend effective learning solutions to address performance gaps. + Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to accelerate content development and enhance learning experiences. + Manage learning projects from analysis through implementation using the ADDIE instructional design model. + Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, review content, and incorporate feedback.
  • What's Needed?
  • + 3-7 years of instructional design experience with strong knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
+ Hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline and experience developing eLearning solutions. + Proven success in rapid content development and managing multiple projects independently. + Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. + Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field is a plus.
