Our client is looking for a Learning Designer to support enterprise learning initiatives. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering engaging, technology-enabled learning solutions. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to address skill gaps and improve performance. Ideal candidates bring strong instructional design, project management, and learning technology experience.
  • Design and develop blended learning solutions including eLearning, ILT materials, and job aids
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend effective learning strategies
  • Manage learning projects end to end and measure solution effectiveness
