The selected candidate will evaluate training materials and support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of courses and curricula.

Responsibilities include:

Review and analyze training materials.

Apply the ADDIE instructional-design model.

Conduct or support training-needs and learner analyses.

Support course and curriculum design and development.

Assist with implementation and evaluation activities.

Review courses and curricula for instructional effectiveness and quality.

Recommend improvements to training materials and instructional approaches.

Coordinate with subject-matter experts, project personnel, and government stakeholders.

Support emergency-management training and education initiatives.
