$60,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials) About Campus Community School Campus Community School (CCS) is a K-8 charter school serving a little over 400 students. We value collaboration, strong relationships, and a supportive, team-oriented culture. Position Overview The Special Services Coordinator oversees and coordinates programs and support services for students with special learning needs. This role involves overseeing special ed teachers and contracted service providers, scheduling services, maintaining records, communicating with stakeholders, monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and policies, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact, providing administrative support, resolving service-related issues, and helping to ensure high-quality service delivery. They are also a key member of the Leadership Team. Qualifications Valid teaching certification - ideally 4+ years of classroom experience Valid special ed certification Master's degree in Special Education or related field - preferred Strong knowledge of Spec Ed regs and laws Ability to work independently and with a team Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills What We Offer A collaborative environment where staff voice matters Strong, relationship-driven school culture Welcoming, family-like workplace Employment as a State of Delaware employee , including comprehensive state benefits
