Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to the design team in all aspects of project execution and delivery. Manage the setup, development, configuration, establishment of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project use. Setup and manage BIM documentation for internal and external use. Setup BIM design and review models and multidisciplinary coordination. Support on BIM specific processes and procedures where required. Deliver training and ongoing support for design staff. Oversee quality assurance processes and verify deliverable consistency. Prepare and maintain coordination reports, including clash detection. Maintain BIM automation workflows to streamline processes across Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Schedule and monitor automated tasks for exporting NWCs, PDFs, schedules, IFCs, and generating lists. Collaborate with engineers and designers across multiple disciplines. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in technical discipline. 4-7+ years of relevant BIM experience. Broad knowledge of the construction industry and processes, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP. An understanding of multidisciplinary working practices and interdependencies. Fluent English - written and spoken. Hands-on experience with ACC, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks automation workflows. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of delivering training/learning. Presentation/demonstration skills. Team player with an ability to work independently when required.
