Curriculum Coach

Position Overview:

The Curriculum Coach supports high-quality teaching and learning across assigned Fun Time Early Childhood Academy locations. This role focuses on curriculum planning, classroom observations, assessments, and teacher development to ensure strong educational outcomes for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain 5-star CLASS quality ratings at assigned sites. Oversee and analyze assessment data to identify classrooms and children needing support. Plan and lead 6 teacher training days each year. Guide development and updates of curriculum maps to align with standards and best practices. Observe classrooms regularly and provide feedback within one week. Conduct CLASS observations quarterly and provide feedback within two weeks. Hold bi-weekly planning meetings with teachers to review lesson plans and instructional strategies. Ensure teachers accurately complete TSG assessments each quarter. Monitor ASQ screenings at the start of the year and follow up on children needing support. Share curriculum, assessment, and classroom data updates at weekly site director meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or CDA with 3+ years experience in early childhood education Experience teaching 1 & 2 year olds a plus CLASS observer certification (or willing to obtain) Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
