Job Description:
Develops training tracks and lesson plans for new and existing hires. Aligns class course material to ensure best practices are maintained. Prepares and creates learning materials using various mediums and teaching methods, particularly oriented for adult learners. Understands daily workflows across all service areas. Conducts new hire training as well as ongoing training for staff members. This may include classroom teaching, nesting/chairside learning, computer-based training, and other teaching methods. Interacts with leaders to establish training goals and standards, report on training curriculum, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Leads an effective nesting experience and floor support upon successful completion of in-class training. Other duties as assigned.
