This is not a traditional sales position. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of community, communication, creativity, and educational impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping build meaningful partnerships with schools, nonprofits, community organizations, sponsors, and local businesses. The Lantern Collective focuses on storytelling, creativity, student engagement, enrichment programming, mentorship, Sound Lab experiences, and culture-driven educational workshops.

Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations Assist with outreach to educational partners and local businesses Help coordinate workshop opportunities and pilot programs Support sponsorship and partnership development efforts Communicate professionally with school administrators and organizational leaders Assist with community event planning and organizational visibility Help represent The Lantern Collective and Arrival House Media positively within the community Participate in internal planning and organizational development meetings Track outreach activity and partnership communication Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: personable and professional highly organized comfortable communicating with schools and organizations community-minded emotionally intelligent motivated and proactive passionate about youth engagement and creative education Ideal backgrounds may include: education nonprofit work outreach communications marketing community engagement event coordination educational support services Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with professionals and organizations Experience with outreach, networking, or relationship-building preferred Social media or marketing experience is a plus Reliable transportation preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively Important Notes The Lantern Collective is currently in a growth and pilot phase as we prepare for school-year expansion and community partnerships. This role may begin through flexible, project-based, or partnership-focused assignments while organizational infrastructure continues to develop.
