Minimum of High School Diploma/GED; bachelor's degree (preferred) Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirement Category Management or Space Management Certifications (preferred)Work Experience Requirements :
3-5 years related work experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Strong knowledge of CPG and retail industry tools , data sources, and concepts. Advanced proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , Teams , Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and video editing software. Skilled in analyzing business challenges , preparing data-driven plans, and identifying growth opportunities. Effective communicator with strong presentation skills , able to adapt to diverse audiences. Experienced in managing projects independently , breaking down complex problems, and tracking progress.
