Plano Community Unit School District 88 K-1 Instructional Coach at PH Miller Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year. The Instructional Coach provides instructional leadership and support to teachers through coaching, professional development, data analysis, and collaboration. The coach works closely with administrators and instructional staff to strengthen teaching practices, improve student achievement, and support the implementation of district curriculum, assessments, and instructional initiatives. Responsibilities include facilitating professional learning opportunities, assisting teachers with standards-aligned instruction and assessment practices, analyzing student performance data, modeling effective instructional strategies, supporting curriculum implementation, and collaborating with staff to improve instructional outcomes. The Instructional Coach serves as a resource for research-based instructional practices and helps foster a culture of continuous improvement focused on student success.
Required Teacher Certification:
Professional Educator License (PEL) Reports to: Principal and other district administrators
