09/25/2026 At the present time, one vacancy exists for a Part-time Student Support Specialist for MEP- Philadelphia campus within the Migrant Education Program, Student Services Division of the CCIU.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field,preferred Bilingual speaking, required (Spanish) Experience working with bilingual/bicultural students, preferred Experience working with elementary students, or middle/high school students, preferred Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant children and families, preferred Must have Act 33 and 34 Clearances Must have Federal Criminal History recordDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of Migrant Education Program for students in assigned project areas 2. Work with students in a classroom setting to provide reading, writing, speaking, and listening learning across the content areas 3. Submit weekly lesson plans, implement curriculum as provided, and submit end-of-summer progress reports 4. Provide regular communication with Migrant Education staff 5. Attend in-service, parent meetings and weekly staff meetingsEstimated Schedule :
Up to 5 days/week (Monday- Friday), up to 15 hours/week
- Flexible schedule based on candidate availability
- Hourly Rate (2026-2027 School Year): Project, Level 13: $31.82
- $39.77 per hour
- Placement on scale commesurate with years of experience in a relevant position
