The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of training for enterprise software implementations, including Enterprise Asset Management ( EAM ) solutions and OT-enabled systems. This role supports large-scale transformation programs by ensuring end users are prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in adult learning and instructional design, combined with hands-on experience supporting technology implementations. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, functional SMEs, and organizational change practitioners to drive readiness and adoption, and willingness to travel up to 25% based on client and/or project need.
