Minimum 3 Years Clinical Practice Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our team as a full-time Clinical Education Specialist. Core Responsibilities Product Training & Education Design, coordinate, and lead group training sessions for customers, clinicians, and healthcare providers on proper product use, indications, and clinical application. Conduct one-on-one in-office training sessions for individual practitioners who require personalized instruction or advanced technique development. Lead escalation training sessions for customers who are interested in returning the device. Continuously assess training effectiveness and adjust curriculum delivery based on participant feedback and clinical outcomes. In-House Clinical Practice & Research Operate and manage a small in-house clinic serving 10 to 20 patients, providing direct patient care using company products. Collect, document, and analyze clinical data from patient interactions to identify trends, outcomes, and areas for product and protocol refinement. Author and co-author white papers, clinical summaries, and case studies derived from in-house clinic data to support evidence-based claims and marketing materials. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clinic operations remain compliant with applicable regulations and professional standards. Sales Support Participate in targeted sales calls alongside the sales team when clinical credibility and expert-level product knowledge are required to advance a prospect or address technical objections. Serve as a trusted clinical voice in customer conversations, helping translate product features into meaningful clinical outcomes. Support the sales team in developing clinician-focused talking points and objection-handling strategies. Training Material Development Contribute clinical expertise to the creation, review, and ongoing improvement of training materials, including slide decks, video scripts, quick-reference guides, and assessment tools. Ensure all training content is clinically accurate, up to date with current evidence, and aligned with best practices in physical therapy. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and regulatory teams to develop compliant and compelling educational resources. Qualifications Required Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program. Active and unrestricted physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient, sports medicine, orthopedic, or relevant rehabilitation setting. Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude for public speaking, group instruction, or clinical training. Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate clinical findings into professional documents. Preferred Prior experience in medical device, healthcare industry, or clinical education roles. Board certification (OCS, SCS, or other ABPTS specialty) is a plus. Experience designing or delivering CE (continuing education) programs. Familiarity with research methodology, IRB protocols, or white paper authorship. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Travel is estimated at 15 to 30 percent of the time depending on training schedules and seasonal demand. A valid driver's license and ability to travel by air are required. Physical Demands The position requires the ability to perform physical therapy techniques for demonstration purposes, stand and present for extended periods, and occasionally lift or manipulate therapy equipment.
