Analyzes what is needed for students, identifies learning objectives, and designs the content and format of instructional material and delivery. Uses instructional design to create instructional materials, which may include text, electronic and visual material. Works for a school or college or for an education, software or publishing company.
Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Learning Experience Designer for a 1-2+ month contract. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week position based in Littleton, MA; candidate should be able to work onsite 2 - 3 days/week. The Learning Experience Designer will support a high-priority learning and development initiative by creating engaging training programs, eLearning content, and employee development resources. This role is ideal for an instructional designer with strong Articulate Storyline expertise who enjoys building impactful learning experiences while collaborating across the organization.
