TRAINING & OD
  • ADJUNCT FACULTY This is a part-time position. Person must be able to work Monday
  • Friday between 9:00am
  • 6:00pm. Scheduled hours can range from 15
  • 20 hours per week depending on assigned projects. Person must be available to be onsite at our Columbia, MD office 1
  • 2 days per week. The Adjunct Faculty
  • Learning Specialist
  • is responsible for designing, developing and facilitating ad hoc and scheduled training in a variety of delivery methods.
The role will primarily focus on management and leadership development curriculum but will support delivery of compliance and workforce development courses, as needed.
Responsibilities:
Applying proven adult learning methodologies, develop and deliver engaging content for instructor-led, virtual, and blended training Work both independently or in conjunction with other team members Review effectiveness of course content and materials and implement changes as needed Provide thorough quality assurance of course materials Support the research and analysis of materials for internal L&D publications Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Experience:
Corporate learning, adult/higher education, or other training setting required. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Teams required. Proficiency in using Articulate 360, Captivate, or other course authoring tools is preferred. John Maxwell Leadership certification preferred.
Education:
High school diploma The pay range for this position is $35.00 to $40.00. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role.
