Job Description

Our client is looking for a collaborative team player to join the Office of Education and help bring their educational programs and Annual Meeting to life! In this role, you will provide high-volume administrative and operational support to keep our clients team's workflows, communications, and documentation running smoothly. You will get to flex your tech skills by building content in their Learning Management System and working with their digital team to share educational media across various platforms. Ultimately, you will play a key role in ensuring our programs are high-quality, cost-effective, and fully compliant with ACCME standards.
salary:
$27 - $31 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

AssociateResponsibilities Provide Administrative & Meeting Support:
Handle essential event logistics, including coordinating shipping, ordering signage, scheduling photography, and managing central communications for the Annual Meeting and other standalone events.
Manage Educational Content:
Build programs within the University and collaborate with the Digital team to edit and publish enduring content on YouTube, podcasts, and other platforms.
Support Faculty & Stakeholders:
Assist with faculty management, collect required disclosures, distribute educational materials, and coordinate planning meetings with course directors and subject-matter experts.
Ensure Compliance & Reporting:
Track evaluation and outcomes data, set up registration and credit claims, and maintain meticulous activity files to ensure full accreditation compliance.
