Internship Summary:
Come join Sweetser's team! The Training Department Intern will provide administrative and project support to the Training Department while gaining hands-on experience in document development, technical writing, and organizational processes. This intern will assist with administrative tasks, editing and revising training materials, organizing department resources, and ensuring documents are accurate, clear, and professionally formatted.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide administrative support to the Training Department, including paperwork, document organization, and other administrative tasks. Edit, revise, and format training documents and materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability. Assist with creating, editing, and updating Welligent guides and training resources. Assist with reviewing existing materials and identifying opportunities for updates or improvements. Support the development and formatting of training materials, guides, and instructional documents. Utilize Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word , to organize information and complete department projects. Assist with document layout and design to create clear, professional, and user-friendly materials. Apply technical writing skills to develop and revise instructional content and resources. Collaborate with members of the Training Department and other departments as needed. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
