Position Title:
Training Support Specialist
Duration:
6 months (Potential Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)

Onsite Pay Range:
($25-$30) hourly
Overview:
Responsible for managing and supporting training compliance within the Quality System. This role ensures effective administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), maintains training records, and supports audit readiness in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records Ensure compliance with Quality System training requirements and cGMP standards Provide subject matter expertise on learning processes and LMS usage Develop, review, and update training materials and documentation Coordinate training programs, resources, and train-the-trainer initiatives Monitor, report, and promote training activities across teams Partner with managers and stakeholders to improve training processes Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections Maintain training procedures and ensure adherence to compliance standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, HR, Business, Instructional Design, or related field 2-5 years of experience in a regulated industry (medical device preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of regulatory standards (QSR, ISO 13485, IVDR/IVDD, CMDR) Understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery methods Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance processes
