Qualifications/Experience:
Master's Degree in an education-related field such as teaching, administration, or curriculum required. Valid Minnesota Teaching License required. Administrator's license preferred. Previous leadership experience in curriculum, instruction, or a related educational leadership field. Successful background check required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Knowledge and ability to successfully implement the following initiatives: Marzano frameworks (iObservation), Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and federal programs (Title II & IV). Data-driven instructional decision making. Exceptional ability to collaborate in a professional and personal manner with building leaders, teachers, and specialized departments. Positive, encouraging leadership with strong organization, grant writing, and budget management skills. Exemplifies the following

Specific Tasks:
The Elementary Teaching & Learning Coordinator serves as the primary T&L contact for elementary building leaders. This role ensures that collaborative teams and PLCs are supported, implemented, and sustained at the K-5 level to guarantee a viable curriculum for all students. In partnership with educators and district leaders, the coordinator supports standards-aligned curriculum, data-informed practices, and continuous improvement to advance student achievement in alignment with the district's strategic plans. Hours Per Day:
