Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field Relevant certifications such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) or ATD Instructional Design Certificate Pay This is a salaried position starting at $64,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $88,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
