Job Description
Join a dynamic digital learning team supporting the creation, localization, and delivery of engaging online education experiences for healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, improving learner experiences, and collaborating across global teams. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operations of digital learning platforms and tools used to deliver online education experiences Manage course tracking, engagement data, troubleshooting, and coordination across multiple learning systems Lead localization and translation workflows from content review through final quality checks Partner with global and regional teams to ensure localized learning content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards Make updates to existing eLearning content in Articulate Storyline, including surveys, media updates, and design cleanup Work with internal stakeholders to source updated assets and ensure content changes remain clinically accurate and on brand Coordinate with external vendors supporting eLearning design, development, and delivery Collect, analyze, and report on learning engagement data across digital learning platforms Support reporting automation and dashboard development to improve visibility into program performance and trends Skills Bachelor's degree or higher At least 2 years of experience in eLearning development, instructional technology, learning operations, or a related field Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, including building, editing, and publishing content Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams and time zones Preferred Skills Experience with learning management systems and content delivery platforms Familiarity with Adobe Learning Manager, Xyleme, ShowPad, and HealthStream Experience with localization and translation workflows Background in healthcare, medtech, or a related industry Experience coordinating with vendors on content development projects Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on learning engagement metrics Familiarity with SCORM packaging and LMS publishing workflows Experience building dashboards or reporting tools in Power BI Horizontal is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where people from all backgrounds feel valued, respected, and supported.
