Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and highly collaborative Specialist, Customer Education Program to support customer engagements, meetings, events, presentations, and program operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, managing multiple projects, working with high-profile attendees, coordinating vendors and stakeholders, and using CRM/database tools to track and report program activities. The ideal candidate is a "let's figure it out" problem solver who can work effectively in a new and evolving team environment where processes are being developed and improved. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the planning and execution of healthcare meetings, events, presentations, and customer engagements. Work closely with Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Product Development, Global Communications, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams. Manage event logistics, registration, communications, attendee information, and program deliverables. Coordinate with vendors on event design, meeting requirements, and other program elements. Support venue sourcing and selection based on meeting requirements and program objectives. Manage high-profile audiences, attendees, customers, and stakeholders professionally. Maintain CRM tools, databases, tracking systems, and program records. Build and maintain systems for tracking, reporting, and monitoring event activities. Collect, organize, analyze, and report program metrics. Support post-event activities including invoice processing, internal chargebacks, financial summaries, and attendee evaluations. Coordinate physician contracting and engagement tracking as required. Review business and user needs and help develop practical digital tools and solutions. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting, and event execution. Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure events follow applicable policies and requirements. Support required event approvals and tracking within established systems. Maintain accurate documentation and records while managing multiple priorities. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems. Ability to work independently and figure out solutions when processes are not already established. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Required Experience Candidates should have experience with at least several of the following: Managing high-profile audiences, attendees, customers, or events. Coordinating meetings, conferences, events, or customer programs. Using CRM tools and databases. Tracking and reporting program or event data. Working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools. Project coordination and stakeholder management. Developing or improving processes and workflows. Vendor coordination and event logistics.
