Requirement/Must Have:
Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners. Understanding of social services programs that drive the efforts of county, regional, and state staff. Ability to research and evaluate case management software to translate functionality into effective learning materials. Ability to assist with scheduling, preparing for, and participating in quality assurance checks on training materials. Experience working with training developers, program subject matter experts, and technical support to ensure material effectiveness. Experience in business analysis and MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) technology such as Moodle, XML, and HTML. Experience in designing and delivering computer-based training instructional design with learning program design systems. Experience in software including Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio, or other training applications. Experience developing dynamic instructional training materials using interactions and simulations. Experience developing interactive media presentations to enhance the online educational experience. Experience leading training sessions in person, virtually, or via webinar. Ability to assist with basic application software and hardware support. Strong understanding of internet concepts and web technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with diverse groups. Experience evaluating student progress and making recommendations for continued training participation. Experience providing feedback on learning curriculum and methodology to ensure program relevance and user comprehension. Experience with processes to prepare for and conduct classroom training including facility management, course scheduling, and student registration. Knowledge of and experience with Medicaid Programs. Statewide travel up to 30% of the time is required, which may include some evenings and weekend days.
Responsibilities:
Analyze system functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses. Support training implementation of Child Welfare training modules. Work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, and Development Teams to understand requirements. Design training and develop course materials for adult learners. Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts. Maintain and revise training materials for instructional training. Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees. Assist with the training and implementation of the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS).
