  • Onsite About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Curriculum Coordinator to lead the implementation, consistency, and continuous improvement of our early childhood education curriculum across all classrooms.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers to elevate classroom performance, enhance child engagement, and ensure compliance with state licensing standards, while fostering a nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Leadership & Oversight Ensure consistent implementation of the proprietary early childhood curriculum across all classrooms Review and approve weekly lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones Conduct regular classroom observations and walkthroughs to assess curriculum delivery and engagement Ensure classrooms are fully prepared with appropriate materials, learning centers, and visual displays Maintain compliance with New Jersey licensing (DCF) standards Teacher Coaching & Development Provide ongoing coaching through structured observation and feedback cycles Develop individualized coaching plans to support teacher growth Lead curriculum planning meetings and professional development sessions Support onboarding and training of new teachers Model best practices through in-class demonstrations Maintain documentation of observations, feedback, and teacher progress
Collaboration & Team Support:
Partner with teachers to co-plan lessons and classroom strategies Foster a collaborative environment that encourages best practice sharing :

Work closely with the Center Director to align curriculum with overall goals Step into classrooms as needed to support operations and maintain ratios Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure classrooms meet organizational standards for safety, structure, and quality Support readiness for licensing visits and internal audits Maintain accurate documentation related to curriculum and staff development Child Development & Family Engagement Oversee tracking of children's developmental progress Support teachers in identifying and addressing learning gaps Assist with parent communication and conferences Ensure accurate updates through parent communication tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required) 3+ years of experience in early childhood education 1+ year in a leadership, coaching, or supervisory role preferred Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation and child development Experience conducting classroom observations and providing feedback Familiarity with state licensing and compliance requirements (NJ preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to coach, mentor, and develop teaching staff Key Competencies Instructional leadership and coaching Curriculum planning and implementation Classroom observation and performance evaluation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation Professional growth and development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education Success Metrics Consistency and quality of curriculum execution across classrooms Teacher performance improvement and development Classroom audit and licensing readiness outcomes Child engagement and developmental progress Parent satisfaction with educational programming If you're passionate about early childhood education and enjoy coaching and developing teachers while driving curriculum excellence, we encourage you to apply.
