Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Curriculum Coordinator/Classroom Supervisor to lead the development, implementation, and supervision of engaging educational programs. In this role, you will oversee classroom activities, ensure curriculum quality, and support teaching staff in delivering exceptional learning experiences. Your leadership will inspire both children and educators, creating a positive and enriching environment that aligns with our educational standards. Duties Supervise classroom activities to maintain high-quality educational standards and foster a nurturing environment Support teachers in integrating Life Essentials curriculum. Oversee training & development initiatives for staff to ensure continuous improvement in teaching practices and curriculum delivery. Manage project timelines related to curriculum updates and classroom improvements using project management techniques Ensure compliance with all health and safety/licensing regulation throughout classroom management Manage staff schedules on a daily basis to ensure all classrooms are in compliance with mandatory supervision approaches Skills Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation and lesson planning Proficiency in learning technology platforms including Tadpoles Experience in a leadership role Expertise in training & development strategies tailored for educators Classroom experience coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage students and staff Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on learner needs and feedback Positive attitude and proactive approach Join us as a Curriculum Coordinator/Classroom Supervisor to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives while advancing your career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment!
