The position ensures that educational services are developmentally appropriate, culturally and linguistically responsive, inclusive, data-informed, and aligned with the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, Head Start Program Performance Standards, approved curricula, state early learning standards, and agency goals. The Manager supports center-based, home-based, and partnership service models; monitors curriculum fidelity and classroom quality; strengthens teaching practices and adult-child interactions; coordinates child assessment and school readiness systems; and ensures that education staff receive effective supervision, coaching, training, and technical assistance. The position works closely with Education, Early Head Start, Disabilities, Mental Health, Health, Nutrition, Family Services, ERSEA, Quality Assurance, and Data staff to promote coordinated services and positive outcomes for children and families . A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in early childhood education, Head Start, Early Head Start, child development, curriculum, coaching, or instructional leadership. At least three years of supervisory, management, coaching, or program leadership experience. Demonstrated experience implementing curriculum, analyzing child assessment data, monitoring classroom quality, and providing professional development. Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool children, families, and diverse communities.
