Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelors degree in a specific disciplinary field and, in the case of supporting services, certification: e.g., NYS certification as a speech therapist. Requires ability to research subject matter and prepare an analysis of data gathered and assembled, and to coordinate activity with that of others involved in delivery of services.
