Job Description

The Brothers of Mercy | Nursing & Rehabilitation Looking to grow your career beyond the floor? The Brothers of Mercy is hiring a CNA or LPN to support staff education, employee health, and our CNA training program. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, team-focused caregiver who enjoys teaching, organizing, and supporting others.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate in-services, training, and staff education Track competencies and maintain compliance records (Relias/PCC) Support employee health requirements and onboarding Assist with CNA training program and mentor new aides Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

CNA or LPN with long-term care experience Organized, tech-comfortable, and strong communicator Passion for supporting and developing fellow caregivers Make a broader impact by helping build a strong, confident care team.
