In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational initiatives that enhance clinical expertise, promote product knowledge, and support sales excellence. Your expertise will empower healthcare professionals with the skills necessary to deliver optimal patient outcomes while aligning with organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence talent development, foster innovation in training methodologies, and elevate our presence in the vascular treatment landscape. Duties Develop and refine curriculum content tailored to Veins and Vascular procedures, integrating adult education principles and instructional design best practices. Utilize ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model to create effective training modules that meet diverse learner needs. Lead employee orientation sessions for new hires within the vascular division, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration into company culture. Manage talent development initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and mentoring programs to nurture future leaders. Design engaging learning experiences using advanced learning technologies such as Adobe Captivate, LMS (Learning Management System), SharePoint, and Workday to facilitate accessible training delivery. Coordinate program management efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely content updates, compliance adherence, and alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct research and data collection to evaluate training effectiveness through employee evaluations, feedback surveys, and performance metrics; leverage insights for continuous improvement. Deliver compelling presentations at conferences or internal meetings to communicate program outcomes and promote best practices in vascular treatment education. Collaborate with Human Resources on HR sourcing strategies, employee relations initiatives, and change management processes related to training programs. Requirements Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult education methodologies within a healthcare or medical device environment. Strong proficiency with LMS platforms such as Salesforce or SharePoint; familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday is preferred. Expertise in learning technology tools including Adobe Captivate and other e-learning authoring software. Demonstrated ability in program management, content development, and training delivery with a focus on clinical or technical topics related to Veins and Vascular procedures. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, presenting complex information clearly, and facilitating engaging training sessions. Knowledge of human resources practices including talent management, employee evaluation, succession planning, and HR management systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; strong organizational skills are essential.
