Collaborate with Human Resources on HR sourcing strategies, employee relations initiatives, and change management processes related to training programs. Requirements Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult education methodologies within a healthcare or medical device environment. Strong proficiency with LMS platforms such as Salesforce or SharePoint; familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday is preferred. Expertise in learning technology tools including Adobe Captivate and other e-learning authoring software. Demonstrated ability in program management, content development, and training delivery with a focus on clinical or technical topics related to Veins and Vascular procedures.
