Job Description

Position Overview:
The Coordinator of Graduate Education Programs will report to the Chair of Teacher Education. The coordinator will work in concert with the Director of Graduate Education programs to support, manage, and market Graduate Education programs.
Current programs include:
MS Education degree programs in Reading, Instructional Technology, and Professional Practice; PDE Endorsement programs in Gifted Education, Integrative STEM Education, Online Instruction and Artificial Intelligence; two continuing professional education programs, ARCH PD and PD OnDemand; and a Reading Specialist certificate program.
Education:
A Bachelors degree with experience in project/program management in an educational setting is required, however, a Masters degree in education and PA teacher certification along with public school teaching experience is strongly preferred.
Experience:
The position requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills; fluency in technology applications such as Word, Excel, Google Suites, and survey tools; and an ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and projects with great attention to detail.

The Coordinator must be committed to ensuring student and program success and have a desire for continued professional growth and development.
Licenses/Certifications:
Current and valid drivers license.
Work Related Knowledge:
A thorough understanding of current state and federal education regulations, initiatives, and trends is required.(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered.)
