Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assessor to join our team to conduct Comprehensive Behavioral Health Assessments (CBHA). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological evaluations for government contractors by conducting comprehensive assessments to determine an individual's psychological fitness for specific roles, clearances, and parenting ability. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. The pay is 6.00 per unit with a max of 80 units per assessment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine mental health needs. Document evaluation findings in detailed and structured reports. Collaborate with other child care professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Stay current with developments in the field of psychology through continuous education and training. Requirements Masters degree in Psychology related field (from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice mental health. Knowledge and experience in psychological testing. Strong skills in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation. Experience working with pediatric and adult population. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
