In this role, you will leverage your expertise in instructional design and learning technology to create impactful curricula that meet the needs of adult learners and enhance educational outcomes. Your passion for teaching, combined with project management skills, will drive the continuous improvement of our training programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities Design, develop, and evaluate comprehensive curricula tailored to adult education audiences, utilizing instructional design models such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content suitable for various delivery methods Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training materials and courses Develop interactive e-learning modules using tools like Adobe Captivate and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms Incorporate SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) standards to ensure compatibility across different LMS environments Utilize learning technology to enhance content engagement and accessibility, including multimedia elements and simulations Conduct classroom training sessions and webinars, demonstrating strong presentation skills and effective communication techniques Maintain detailed documentation of curriculum development processes and update content regularly based on learner feedback and assessment data Qualifications Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training & development roles with a focus on adult education Strong knowledge of ADDIE methodology and project management principles to oversee curriculum lifecycle from inception to evaluation Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar systems; familiarity with SCORM standards is essential Proficiency in creating engaging content using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or comparable tools Excellent writing skills for developing clear instructional materials and assessments Classroom teaching experience coupled with strong presentation skills to facilitate effective learning experiences Knowledge of learning technology trends and best practices in online education and content development Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex information clearly Join us as a Curriculum Specialist and be at the forefront of transforming education through innovative content creation!
