is hiring a new Reading / Orton-Gillingham Coach for our client in the Education industry. This is a part-time (approx. 20 hours/month) role, working in Forest Park, GA, offering a pay rate starting at $40/hr.

Flexible Afternoon Hours - approximately 5 hours/week What You'll Be Doing Provide ongoing instructional coaching and feedback to teachers implementing Orton-Gillingham interventions. Support teachers in delivering high-quality literacy instruction and ensure fidelity to best practices. Document coaching observations and strategies using the Bullseye coaching platform. Facilitate weekly collaborative planning meetings to review student data, plan instruction, and problem-solve student needs. Prepare comprehensive literacy reports (Beginning, Middle, End of Year) for school leadership, including data analysis and improvement recommendations. Lead schoolwide DIBELS 8th Edition implementation—training staff, monitoring assessment fidelity, and analyzing data. Conduct bi-weekly classroom observations to monitor intervention fidelity, pacing, and student engagement, providing constructive feedback. Analyze and interpret DIBELS data to inform ongoing literacy strategies and school-wide initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Current Orton-Gillingham Certification from an accredited organization. GaPSC Teaching certification with a Reading or Literacy Endorsement. Deep knowledge of the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy practices. Experience administering and interpreting DIBELS 8th Edition assessments. Prior experience serving as a literacy coach or intervention specialist. Strong organizational skills and excellent written communication abilities. Experience coaching educators and providing impactful instructional feedback.
