May 1, 2026 About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, relationship‑driven Educational Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist to support talent acquisition efforts across early childhood, K-12, and related service provider roles. This position plays a key role in identifying qualified educators, specialists, and support staff for school districts, ESDs, and community‑based programs nationwide. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at candidate engagement, and brings a strong commitment to equitable hiring practices. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage candidates for roles including teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, paraprofessionals, and administrative staff. Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, databases, social platforms, and proactive outreach. Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers or district partners. Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs, timelines, and program requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records, communication logs, and compliance documentation. Support recruitment campaigns, job postings, and employer branding initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or staffing—education or healthcare staffing preferred. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social recruiting strategies. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring practices. Knowledge of school‑based roles or special education services is a plus.
