Summary - Designs and develops engaging digital learning and multimedia solutions in support of ECU's training and development initiatives. Applies instructional design principles and technical expertise to create high-quality eLearning and video content while contributing to enterprise learning programs under established standards and direction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop E-Learning courses using:
Articulate 360 (Storyline 360, Rise 360, Review 360) and Adobe products (Acrobat, Premier Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Build assessments, knowledge checks, and learning activities aligned to defined learning objectives. Course report development for managers Program and Team Support Support enterprise digital learning programs, including compliance training and organizational initiatives. Assist with maintaining training content within ECUniversity. Provide support to trainers, managers, and staff related to eLearning content and systems. Participate in remote training initiatives and virtual learning delivery. Maintain training program for eLearning Training staff on ECUniversity Training Trainers on how to support the eLearning Training Managers on key features of Steward ECU's Annual Compliance Training Steward T&D's Know the Pro's Steward monthly eLearning communications Professional Development Maintain working knowledge of instructional design best practices and learning technologies. Participate in professional development activities, webinars, and training as assigned. Work independently on assigned projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Expand remote training capabilities. Assist with ECU's work-from-home training. Transfer current core sessions to needed online Video for classroom presentations as needed. Training and Development presence in outsourced Training and Development helpline support Video production for training and development In-depth knowledge of video production processes and activities. Conceptualize and plan video projects from start to finish. Assisting in the creation and refinement of scripts, project concepts, and other materials Perform all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production. Meeting with relevant stakeholders to discuss the project. Sourcing staff, scheduling, and planning Direct on-camera talent and crew members during shoots Ensure all videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Tech upkeep and expansion within training Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Research newest market technologies Attend eLearning conferences and on-site training. Attend related webinars for products and services. Assist with Organization Development Proficient in Microsoft products Work independently with the ability to set and meet Ability to work with multiple teams and projects Identify and manage risks within the department
