Designs, develops, maintains, and delivers training for Epic and integrated third‑party applications using established instructional design models and adult learning principles Partners with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to assess workflow impacts across Epic and related systems and translate requirements into effective training and change management materials Builds and maintains training environments for Epic and supported third‑party applications in alignment with enterprise standards and implementation timelines Develops workflow‑based training scenarios that span Epic and third‑party applications to reflect end‑to‑end user workflowsOperational Support & Involvement:
Researches and recommends training approaches for Epic and third‑party system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations Identifies opportunities to improve training consistency and user experience across multiple integrated applications Develops and maintains training documentation, job aids, and reference materials supporting Epic and third‑party solutions Shares learning and best practices related to Epic and enterprise application training standards with peers and stakeholdersProject Management:
Leads and coordinates training deliverables for Epic and third‑party application projects. Supports communication and deployment planning for enterprise system rollouts involving multiple integrated platformsClinical Excellence:
Applies clinical, operational, or informatics knowledge (when applicable) to ensure training reflects real‑world workflows spanning Epic and third‑party systems Collaborates with subject matter experts to validate accuracy and relevance of training content across integrated applicationsIssue Resolution:
Independently supports and resolves complex issues with assigned applications in adherence with service expectations and change management policies. Incorporates nursing knowledge to troubleshoot workflow related issues Takes ownership of escalated customer issues and works with multiple parties and/or vendor to help resolve issuesCompliance & Security:
Adheres to HIPAA, regulatory, and security requirements related to Epic training environments and access Follows organizational policies for Epic security, privacy, and data protectionQualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalentPreferred:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursingExperience:
Required:
2 years of Epic EHR experience (Epic training or optimization support)Preferred:
3 years of Instructional design, informatics or application analyst experiencePreferred:
3 years of Progressively responsible experience in healthcare, with direct exposure to clinical workflows or patient care operationsLicenses/Certifications:

Epic Certification - Achieves and maintains assigned Epic certifications license within 180 days upon hirePreferred:
