Interview:

Webcam or In-Person We are seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging, innovative, and effective learning solutions that align with organizational goals and learner needs. This role requires expertise in instructional design, eLearning development, adult learning principles, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments and Audience Analyses to identify learning objectives, performance gaps, and delivery strategies
• Design and develop 508-compliant instructional materials including storyboards, video scripts, job aids, quick reference guides, and course documentation
• Create engaging training content including eLearning courses, webinars, microlearning modules, virtual instructor-led training, and classroom materials
• Develop SCORM-compliant learning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Build assessments, quizzes, simulations, and practical exercises to measure learner comprehension and training effectiveness
• Track instructional design project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with SMEs, leadership teams, and learners to ensure training accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Review and update existing training curriculum to maintain relevancy, compliance, and industry best practices
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles

Required Skills:
