- Job Summary
- Collaboration with departmental and business resources to understand business performance gaps and learning needs.
Required Job Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development + OR 6 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- + Master's degree in human resource development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design + Familiarity with Learning & Talent Management Systems + 1 year learning and development experience in a corporate or business setting
- This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
