This is accomplished by providing education in the form of Zoom Classes. Responsibilities Lead online parent education sessions via Zoom and other video platforms, delivering instructor-led trainings and webinars. Facilitate workshops, implement curriculum, and provide parenting support and skills training to diverse families. Coordinate with parents to schedule sessions, foster collaboration, and track participation and progress. Adapt content for online delivery, ensure accessible video conferences, and monitor engagement and outcomes. Maintain clear documentation, provide follow-up resources, and uphold professional standards in virtual instruction. Qualifications Experience delivering online instruction or e-learning training, including instructor-led sessions via Zoom or video conferences Ability to facilitate workshops and webinars, with strong curriculum implementation and parenting skills training Effective parent collaboration and support strategies, with a focus on practical parenting techniques Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable with virtual platforms and online instruction tools Background in developing and delivering parenting education programs; familiarity with measuring learning outcomes and participant engagement
