The role will connect curriculum, instructors, stakeholders, LMS operations, learning analytics, and quality controls into a cohesive learning lifecycle. Duties Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive training programs utilizing the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model to ensure systematic and effective course creation. Develop engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, and interactive modules using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and other e-learning platforms.
