We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Trainer to join our team in East Hartford, CT! In this critical role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, designing and delivering engaging learning programs for a busy call center operation. $22.65 - $22.66 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Deliver engaging remote and in-person training sessions with high energy and enthusiasm. Design, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, processing guides, and operational manuals. Partner with managers and supervisors to develop and conduct remedial and refresher training classes for staff. Monitor, track, and report on trainee performance, class progress, pre-/post-testing results, and specialized projects. Facilitate collaborative meetings with clients and business partners to identify and resolve processing barriers. Ensure all course content, testing metrics, and evaluation styles conform to instructional design standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree is required. Proven experience in both remote and in-person instructional design, development, and delivery. Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs analysis, training evaluations, and instructor assessments. Exceptional verbal and written group communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills. Technical proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the standard Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High flexibility and adaptability to thrive within a fast-paced, changing operational environment. Must clear standard onboarding, including a healthcare background package and drug screening.
Preferred:
Previous experience in the public or government sector (such as healthcare, Medicaid, or CHIP).
