JOB DESCRIPTION
What is the business title? LMS Admin Contractor Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred •facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) If hybrid, what is the onsite structure? Remote Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what's being done? This role is critical to ensuring seamless support for CRDN sales training efforts by managing learning platforms, creating and updating courses, generating actionable reports, and collaborating with regional partners to optimize training delivery What does the team make-up look like - how many members and what is the break-down of the team's skill sets? This role will be mostly working with 3 members of the global sales training team. The team will be sending content to be included on the online curriculum. What are the top 5 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Develop, update, and manage our online platforms and curriculums Run reports of the trainings Work with the global sales training team and regional partners What skills/attributes are a must have (Please be detailed as to number of years of experience)? Works well with technology, LMS, excel, data base files (ex; CVS) Able to communicate well and work with team members Goal and results oriented and can achieve under tight deadlines What skills/attributes are nice to have? Instructional design PowerPoint skills Word Skills AI knowledge What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) Regular 9-5 US Hours... on some rare occasion may need off hours assitance What does the interview process look like? How many rounds? 1 round with 2-3 team members and a potential business case Video vs. phone? Remote - video Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Plans, develops, and coordinates inhouse product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare inhouse training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives. Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
