Job Description The purpose of this job is to lead a team responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions that support employee performance and organizational objectives. This role oversees instructional design operations, including team leadership, project prioritization, learning governance, development processes, and quality standards, ensuring learning solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Working closely with business partners and learning stakeholders, this role applies performance consulting practices to identify performance needs, recommend learning and performance solutions, and develop learning strategies that deliver measurable business results. A successful candidate combines strong people leadership, instructional design expertise, and business acumen to build team capability, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality learning solutions that improve performance, support operational priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
