Job Description This role is pivotal in designing engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences that support employee growth, compliance, and performance across the organization. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into impactful training solutions. Essential Functions Design and develop instructional materials for in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning formats (e.g., eLearning, videos, job aids, workshops) Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to recommend learning solutions Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies to create engaging content Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics Maintain and update learning content to reflect changes in policies, procedures, or systems Support LMS integration and content deployment, ensuring accessibility and usability Qualifications Bachelor's degree of equivalent required Master's degree of equivalent preferred Minimum 3 years' experience Graphic design or video editing experience Familiarity with agile development or rapid prototyping; tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
