Job Description
Instructional Designer will be the architect and builder to analyze the business needs, design learning experiences and workflows, developing the assets required to build business-specific training and leadership skills for multiple audiences, delivering to different levels and scale. Instructional Designer will lead the analysis, consult with leaders and c-levels, as well as translating the strategy into blueprints and capability maps, learning objectives, and performance outcomes, prioritizing the scope with business sponsors. Instructional Designer will discover and analyze the needs, create the solution architecture and experience design, handle the content development, all the way to program delivery and enablement. Once launched, the ongoing measurement, continuous improvement, and governance to stakeholders.
